These terms govern use of the Sona website (sonastay.com) and any demo or evaluation materials. Paid use of the platform by a hotel is governed by a separate written agreement between the hotel and Sonastay LLC; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
The Sona website and platform are provided by Sonastay LLC ("Sona," "we," "us"). By accessing the site or a demo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our site and interactive demo are provided for information and evaluation. Demo environments use fictional data and example properties; nothing in a demo represents a real guest, hotel, or transaction.
Any revenue estimates, calculators, or performance figures shown are illustrative only, may rely on assumptions, and are not a promise of results. Actual outcomes vary by property. Pricing is provided on request; no pricing shown on the site constitutes a binding offer.
You agree not to misuse the site or demo — including attempting to breach security, access data that isn't yours, disrupt the service, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or use the site to violate any law. Demo credentials, where provided, are for evaluation only.
The Sona name, site, software, design, and content are owned by Sonastay LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the site and evaluate the demo for your own assessment. All other rights are reserved. Hotels that license the platform receive rights as set out in their agreement, and each hotel's own brand and content remain the hotel's.
Sona does not process guest payments and is not the merchant of record. Any guest charges are handled by the hotel under its own arrangements.
The platform relies on third-party providers (for hosting, database, DNS, email, and AI). Their services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
The site and demos are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sona will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or demo. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Sona harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or demo or your breach of these terms.
We may update the site, demos, and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.
